Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Overlood account here, without the app installed. Deletion erases everything tied to your account: workouts, routines, programs, body metrics, and photos. This cannot be undone.

Enter your account's email address and we'll send a confirmation link. The link is valid for 2 hours; nothing is deleted until you confirm on the page it opens.
